On a mission to increase positive community interactions, life, and enjoyment from each project.

Development has a direct impact on the communities it touches. Thus, we aim to make a direct positive impact for present and future generations to enjoy.

Community: We focus on aiding in success among startups, entrepreneurs, and small business owners (particularly minority owned) with each project.

Connection: We focus on positive relationships between organizations, companies, and non-profits in each neighborhood.

Collaboration: We focus on creating partnerships and joint ventures that are in alignment to encourage further collaboration among community members.

Our Inspirational Motives

The Derive Group was inspired by the theory of the dérive which comes from the situationist international movement. A dérive involves a journey through the landscapes around us, studying the terrain and bringing awareness of the psychogeographical effects.
